Nazia Hassan (April 3, 1965 - August 13, 2000) was an iconic Pakistani pop singer. She is known to be the "Sweetheart of Pakistan" and "The nightingale of East". At fifteen, she changed the landscape of pop music in the Subcontinent.She died in the year 2000 due to ovarian cancer at an early age.
