Here are all the auditions for the people that made it to Hollywood. I will be *recapping* all of the episodes this season. These *clips* of the actual video are considered fair use because they meet all the requirements of US Copyright Act of 1976, section 107: 1. Purpose and character of use (this is a recap video that allows people to catch up on the show) 2. Nature of the copyrighted work (see above) 3. Amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole (very small in relation to the entire show) 4. Effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work (absolutely none) I'm making these videos out of the goodness of my heart.
