Video produced by M.V.S.K. Vijayavel while on a Kannikatti trip with a group of Engineering college students. The students headed to Pothigai (Agasthiyar Malai / Agathiyar Malai) while Mr. Vijayavel made videos in and around Kannikatti. The video covers the old bunglows of Kannikatti built by the M.V.S. Kathirvelu for his cardamom plantations. The dam showed in the video is the Papanasam Hydro power project which is redundant now. But the Dam is regularly used. The area is now under the Mundanthurai (Mundandurai) Wildlife Sanctuary. The estate was provided to MVS Kathirvelu Nadar as a gift for bulding the dam. The forrest area has tigers, elephants, spotted deers and a variety of fauna and flora inside its deep woods. (music from Yesudas, Morning Raga : Mathe/Mathey/Maathey, Taye Yashoda) Similar to Blair Witch Project. The jungle has scary and eerie sounds.
