Producing yellow cedar tapersawn shakes at Confederate Shake & Shingle on November 2, 2009. 400 bundles being shipped to New Zealand for new construction of a Cape Cod style B&B guesthouse. These 18" x 5/8" Tapersawn shakes to be used as exterior siding for the house. This is a quick and dirty edit of the video taken today at the mill. Beautiful wood and beautiful shakes!
