Again a glorious moment from indian test history.....border-gawaskar trophy....year 2001.....Vs australia whom had made a record of consicutive 16 wins including 1st win at mumbai leadind 3 match series by 1-0.........they came to eden gardens... for 2nd test.....in 1st inning made marvolous 445.......got india out for 171 and given them follo on........what india can do????? They underestimated them......then comes a storm called VRS laxman who made 281 with good support by dravid's 180......and india notched 657........their 2nd highest total in test cricket ever.......aussies got target of 384 to won match an india got 1 day to bowl them out and make history.... but surely that was india's day.......they got aussies out on 212 with superb bowling by bhajji and sachin......and they become third ever team in history of the cricket to win a test match after being forced to follow on...............But the name of indian team was written on pages of history in golden ink....really hats off to Dada and his team!!!!!!!
