Lehmber Hussainpuri first appeared onto the mainstream bhangra scene through Mukhtar Sahota on a track titled 'Sohni Lagdi' who then moved onto a collaboration with Dr. Zeus on the album entitled Unda The Influence. This album was a success with both traditional and modern bhangra fans with such hits as Ah Ni Kuriye, Mele Vich Jatt and Tin Cheeja. He then did other notable tracks including Gabroo Shokeen, Yaar, Daru and a notable appearance on the world-wide smash-hit DesiRock by Swami.
