"Rang Barse" a bubbly Holi (Rang Panchami - festival of colors) song from the 2008 Marathi comedy movie Doghat Tisara Aata Sagale Visara. Produced & directed by Smt. Kanchan Adhikari of Mi Marathi Channel, Music by Avadhoot Gupte & starring Makarand Anaspure, Prasad Oak, Mrunmayi Lagoo, Tejaswini, Mohan Joshi, etc... & in guest appearance for this song Amruta Khanvilkar. Storyline:- Sameer (Prasad Oak) and Harshada (Mrunmayi Lagoo) are a newly married couple living in Mumbai. Everything is going fine, until Damodar (Makarand Anaspure), Sameer's childhood friend from Dengdi Pimpalgaon village, shows up to invade the couple's intimacy. At first Harshada takes an instant dislike to the intruder. But later realizes that Damodar is an extremely simple and noble - hearted person. She warms up to him and soon the two become good friends. Their friendship irks Sameer and slowly and gradually creates the rift between the husband and wife, but Damodar teaches his friend some moral lessons & bring them together again.
