I have developed pretty strong quads, glutes and hamstrings due to my high priority to core exercises like Smith machine squats ( max out on 4th set with 3 reps of 270 pounds and then dropping to 5 reps of 170 pounds), free bar bell squats and stiff leg (Romanian) deadlifts (Max out in 4th set with 4 reps of 260 pounds). I also incorporate Leg presses, leg extensions and lunges (both dumb and bar bells). I am a tall person and though I have developed great lower body strength, i realize that unless i stack up with powerful, full course of latest anabolic steroids, it will be impossible for a tall person like me to develop real huge and massive quads. I strongly recommend use of belts for lower back support when going heavy in squats and deadlifts. Dear friends, enjoy the video and the music.
