"Yes we totally do!" Menah said. All three girls looked at each other. Having all apparently gotten the same idea at the same time, they all took off for Kate's room, almost tripping on their way up the stairs! As soon as they got to Kate's room, they headed for Kate's computer. "Umm....guys? We havnt even asked our parents yet!" Allanah said. "Llanah, chill girl, im sure they will say its ok!" Kate reassured her. "Well K, she does have a point....my mom is not going to let me go without an adult...." Menah chimed in. "Okay....first lets just see what seats are available and when the dates are before we start stressing out selves out!" Kate said. "Fine" Menah and Allanah said in unison. 2 minutes later: "Well.....they are going to be in Sacramento next weekend but...."Kate said, her voice almost breaking. "I cant believe they are sold out! Now ill never get to see them...." Menah said. "WAIT! I have an idea!" Allanah shouted. "WHAT!?" Menah and Kate asked. "Okay, Kate, I know your dad isn't exactly famous but.... Maybe he could pull some strings...." Allanah suggested. "You know Llanah, that might not be such a bad idea....I'll ask him....but I don't think you guys should be here. I had rather ask him in private if that's ok." Kate said. "Sure!" Menah said, "I don't mind." "Okay so....can you ask him....NOW?" Allanah asked. "Okay fine!" she said. She walked her friends to the door. "Call me when you find out!" Manah said. "Okay I will. Later guys" she told them. She shut the front door and ran to her dads office. KATE: Knock knock KATES DAD: Hey, baby doll, whatcha need? KATE: Well.... KATES DAD: Just spit it out....im sure you want something! KATE: Why do I always have to want something? KATES DAD: You don't, but since you beating around the bush, im assuming you do KATE: Well....I was kinda wondering if you could get me some concert tickets. KATES DAD: How much? KATE: Well....kinda priceless KATES DAD: What do you mean? KATE: Sold out tickets.... KATES DAD: Well honey ill see what I can do but I cant promise anything.... KATE: Okay....thanks Daddy. OH! It's the Jonas Brothers by the way. Next Saturday in Sacramento. KATES DAD: Okay honey, ill let you know by tomorrow night. KATE: Okay, thanks dad! KATES DAD: Your welcome sweetie
