This great documentary program is called "Ein Leben als Extravaganza - Das Genie Frank Zappa". Written & Directed by Rudi Dolezal & Hannes Rossacher (DoRo, 1993). The program was broadcast in ZDF, Germany (ZDF = Second German Television).
