Since Valve was not gonna do this, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I simply photoshoped the intro and slightly edited the outro from a different version. The translated versions of all the Meet the Heavy videos had updated intros and outros. So I simply made an English version with a correct intro and a better fitting outro. Personally I put that outro because I like the Orange box. And I'm sure Valve wont reject free advertising. After all, their videos did include the orange box advertising. So why shouldn't the updated meet the Heavy have them too?
