Under Bumper Car LED Flashers, Strobe Like Flasher under santro car India

These are small flasher LED lights under my Santro. They flash quickly but not exactly the strobes, but having 2 pairs under bumper makes them look little attractive. These Under Bumber LED Lights are made up on 12 white LED's 3 resistors and 2 condenser, i've not made them but customized them by putting a resistor on the negative which was going through its circuit, now i can also keep them glowing too (no flashing). This was just a test installation Will post more pics when they are fully installer using many switches to control their frequency.
