*HUGE thanks to cry0genik for the awesome guitar remixes! Come check out his website: http://cryogenik.com * Here's a little overview of every stages that appear in this part of the run, how they turned out and what were the objectives to do in each one for this run: - Flashman Stage: Nothing too difficult in that stage, but great music that's for sure! I still couldn't dodge the cans that enemy with cans on top of it's head throws at Mega Man though, well after you destroy him that is! Flashman was put out of business with the Plasma cannon, again. - Metalman Stage: The trick here was to use the Time-Stopper weapon I got from Flashman to easily get past the spicky cranes. Other than that, my controller went stupid and I couldn't jump over that slinky enemy. That's just details though, because with Quickman's weapon, the Quick-Boomerang, I managed to destroy Metalman with ease and got the best weapon in the game: The Metal-Blade. I didn't use it that much though, which is a shame now that I've just noticed it. =\ - Bubbleman Stage: Right after I got the Metal-Blade, I tackled this stage because Bubbleman is, obviously, weak to it. Got some trouble here, I had a hard time defeating those mechaniloid fishes, I missed a few jumps (but it doesn't really affect the run since it's not a speed run anyways), and that robot crab hit me at the end of the stage! Once again, that's just details because Bubbleman went down with only a couple of Metal-Blade shots. - Heatman Stage: This stage is cool, probably because I enjoy the music in it. I abused Item-3 and Item-2 here so I could finish this stage as fast as possible. I guess it worked, and Heatman was destroyed with exactly 5 Bubble-Lead shots. Yep, that's about it for this one. Watch "Mega Man 2 (NES) - No-Miss Run (on Difficult) - Part 3 of 5": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-v56Gvzo58 ~KIRK Mega Man 2 for the Nintendo Entertainment System, done on 08/09/07. *Total video time: 40 min 20 sec* *Music: I've used cry0genik's Mega Man 2 Guitar Remixes for this video. I've used the sample tracks, edited in my own way just so you guys could enjoy it even more! There are also two bonus tracks not available ANYWHERE ELSE, which are the "Winning Theme" after defeating a boss and the "Idle Drum Theme" from the Weapon Get screen. Anyways, if you guys are interested, you should definitely come check out his website: http://cryogenik.com ! I've barely used the original sound from the original video, but if I did it was mostly the boss explosion sounds.* All Original Content © Copyright, 2007, SHMUPGurus. © Copyright, 1988, the Capcom Logo, Mega Man and all related characters are registered trademarks of CAPCOM CO., LTD. Here is the final part of the run. As you might notice, the last BOSS of the game is uglier and a lot harder (*cough*) than the one in the first game... and it's not a joke ...
