The evidence also has shown that the communist Vietnamese were OCCUPIERS of the Cambodian islands since the beginning of the Khmer Rouge takeover of Cambodia. This Vietnamese act of aggression clearly reveals their traditional colonial ambitious expansion against the state of Cambodia. This was the purpose of Ho Chi Minh's original plan when he embarked to liberate his country from the French domination. Ho Chi Minh and other Vietnamese nationalists always dreamed of inheriting Cambodia from the French. The Viets already succeeded in inheriting Kampuchea Krom from the French. So Cambodia was the only logical choice to secure. So which faction within the Khmer Rouge were responsible for the genocides then? Let us continue to read the available facts: Former Vietnamese Foreign Minister named Nguyen Co Thach said, "Human rights were not a question; that was THEIR (Cambodian) problem - we were concerned only with security." So clearly the Vietnamese leadership did not care about the genocidal atrocities happened in Cambodia. It is possible to include therefore that the Hanoi Khmer were in fact responsible for the genocidal atrocities in Cambodia. In fact, the "Hanoi Khmer" defected from the Khmer Rouge group and formed a supporting unit with the Vietnamese invading forces. The Vietnamese turned it around and told the United Nations that they were only supporting the "Khmer Rouge Defectors" to save the Khmer people from the jaws of death. If the Vietnamese assertion was true, then why did the Vietnamese colonize Cambodia for over 10 long years, making the illegal, unrecognized Cambodian administration to sign away lands, water, and islands to Vietnam? In addition, why did the Vietnamese create a genocidal K-5 plan, killing numerous Cambodians? Since the Vietnamese didn't care about killing the Cambodians during their 10-long-years occupation of Cambodia, it is therefore possible that Vietnamese leadership was behind the genocidal brutalities in Cambodian during the Khmer Rouge regime. Clearly the revealing overall conclusion for the Vietnam is that to dominate Cambodia for the Vietnamese security is a MUST, and killing the innocent Cambodians in the process is an inevitable act. Don't ever mislead that Khmer can kill Khmer. It is possible but unlikely. Only the foreigners such as ah Yuons, ah Keings, ah Siems, ah Baraingse can kill Khmer people. Read the historical evidence. There is no other race on this earth can commit monstrous crimes like Yuon can are still to have effectively covered up before the eyes of Cambodian victims and the people in the outside world. After Angkar Leur/Cap Tren who brutally killed useless Yuon scoundrels who didnt agree with Vietcong to go back to Srok Yuon in 1975. Yuon Hanoi leaders must have secretly persuaded its Yuon citizens who were noiselessly shipped back to Srok Yuon to write many petitions to its comrades-at-arms of Angkar Leur/Cap Tren in Phnom Penh in searching for more Yuon citizens who were still living with Angkar Leur/Cap Tren was to terribly divert the worlds opinion that all Yuon citizens who used to live in Cambodia since the murderous French colonial period were brutally all murdered in the name of powerful-shadowy Angkar Leur/Cap Tren. Yuon Vietcong also clearly confessed to us Khmer victims that Yuon citizens were living everywhere in Cambodia. Those petitions are found in Documentation Centre of Cambodia in Phnom Penh: A total number of 148 Vietnamese family members were claimed to have lost in Cambodia according to the 1976 petitions from 30 relatives. The petitions, dated between June-October 1976, were in hand-written and typewritten Vietnamese language. The petitions mention the addresses of the petitioners in Vietnam and their lost relatives in Cambodia. Of the 30 petitioners, 11 lived in Ho Chi Minh City, 10 in Dong Tap province, 2 in An Giang, 1 in Hau Giang, 1 in Quang Minh and the rest gave unclear addresses. Of the 148 lost relatives, 51 lived in Phnom Penh city, 33 in Kampong Chhnang Province, 11 in Kandal, 10 Siem Reap, 7 in Takeo, 6 in Kampong Cham, 4 in Battambang, 3 in Battambang, 1 in Kampong Speu, and the rest gave unclear addresses. Of the 30 petitions, two petitioners have attached photos of the lost relatives. On August 8, 1976, Ngo Thi Tien wrote a letter requesting information regarding her husband and daughters who disappeared in Cambodia. The then 43 years old Ngo Thi Tien along with three sons had returned to Vietnam and lived at no.539, street 20, Tran Hung Dao Road, Ho Chi Minh city. Her husband Chok Pak and her two daughters Ngo Thi Srey and Ngo Thi Pau lived in Daun Tuot village, Nhien Nhan commune, Tram Kak district, Takeo province. In the letter, she wanted them to also return to live with her in Vietnam.
