a little background: i was listening to an album called "superdisco 2008" cuz it had a copy of this track i wanted (ira vs fedde le grand - let me think about it). i listen to the song, and it sort of sounds the same, but certain things are off. sure enough, i listen to a bunch of other tracks and realize, these are all meticulously created cover versions of the originals - some music producer went through the trouble to recreate all the original music and get a singer to re-sing the song, as closely as possible...some arent too bad, some are awful (the tracklist includes rihana - umbrella, timbaland - the way i are, among others). then i see "Punjabi MC - Mundian De Bach Ke " i have no words. why would someone go through so much effort to make a fake version you all need to hear this. someone please explain why this exists. p.s. i cant stop listening to it, im mesmerized.
