The day has finally come and gone! My facial feminization surgery performed by dr jeffrey spiegel in boston ma. I was so high off morphine through the majority of this footage, but don't be fooled it has been a very uncomfortable and painful healing process, but well worth it. $30,000 well spent and i am pleased so far with my results. I had 7 surgeries at once. The procedure took about 5 hrs. The bone in my chin and jaw was shaved and contoured rounder and more softer, more feminine. My nose was broken and slimmed all the way down, pinched and lifted, my forehead was recontoured, my browbone was shaved down, my brow was lifted and my hairline came down about an inch. Sounds liek a lot huh lol. I cant wait to see the final results. Asha who is my dear friend from high school accompanied me through the procedure as well as my "husband" peter. Asia had a lip lift, scalpal advancement (hairline reduction) as well as brow lift. Peter has been very helpful and accommodating through the healing process. I suggest if u ever decide to do something this dramatic, make sure u have done your full research and have someone along that will treat u like gold! :) The healing process is not an easy one!
