A Rap video about Nationalism in India Lyrics: The India Rap By Adam and Brian India, India it's the crown jewel The British thought they were all fools Now and its free and that's all cool But back in the day it was under British rule. Mahatma Gandhi, he was a lawyer He got his first idea in South Africa He wanted all the people to be free To unite and fight for justice, and liberty. When the British went to India They tried to fight back but with no prevail If they revolted they'd be thrown in jail The British set laws so they would know the deal This ain't no fairy tale, this is all real. The British went to India for all the spice The Indians thought that that wasn't nice The British didn't care to them it was alright Because they're navy had all the might. The Indian people had trouble uniting Because the Hindu's and the Muslim's were constantly fighting They got really mad when they heard the rumor about the bullets Because cows are sacred, and pigs are taboo So the Indians said to the British you know what, screw you. The English took them over because they were straight G's To them all the Indians were very Puny They took out their guns and killed them all But they didn't care they wanted them to fall The British wanted to impose they're views But the Indians wanted to choose their own rules But Gandhi wanted India to be, free for all eternity.
